Terms & Conditions

Bookings are confirmed only once accepted via WhatsApp, phone, or email, and advance payment is received online. Cash payments are accepted on-site only for safety deposits. A booking request alone does not guarantee accommodation.

Check-in is at 11:00 AM and Check-out is at 9:00 AM. Late check-out up to 1 hour will attract a charge of Rs 1,000/-, and checkout after 1 hour will be charged at the full-day room tariff. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

Guests must follow all campus rules: outside food, non-vegetarian food, and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Silence must be observed after 10:00 PM and campus gates will close at 11:00 PM. Cleanliness and safety guidelines must be strictly adhered to.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, hall, fixtures or campus property during their stay. ADMAC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the guests.
