રદ્દીકરણ અને રિફંડ પોલિસી (ગુજરાતી અનુવાદ સાથે)
All bookings at ADMAC are non-refundable upon cancellation, and rescheduling is not permitted. Please read this policy in full before confirming your stay.
એડીએમએસી (ADMAC) ખાતેના તમામ બુકિંગ રદ કરવા પર કોઈ રિફંડ મળવાપાત્ર નથી, અને તારીખો બદલવાની (rescheduling) મંજૂરી નથી. કૃપા કરીને તમારા રોકાણની પુષ્ટિ કરતા પહેલા આ પોલિસી સંપૂર્ણ વાંચો.

1. No Refunds On Cancellation
૧. રદ્દીકરણ પર કોઈ રિફંડ નહીં
Once a booking is confirmed, any advance payment or deposit made is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made — including cancellations made well ahead of the check-in date. We are a spiritual campus with limited guest room availability, and cancelled rooms cannot be re-booked on short notice.એકવાર બુકિંગ કન્ફર્મ થઈ ગયા પછી, ચૂકવેલ એડવાન્સ રકમ અથવા ડિપોઝિટ કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં રિફંડ કરવામાં આવશે નહીં, પછી ભલે બુકિંગ ગમે ત્યારે રદ કરવામાં આવ્યું હોય — જેમાં ચેક-ઇન તારીખથી ખૂબ વહેલા રદ કરાયેલ બુકિંગનો પણ સમાવેશ થાય છે. આ એક આધ્યાત્મિક કેમ્પસ છે જ્યાં રૂમો મર્યાદિત સંખ્યામાં છે, તેથી ટૂંકી નોટિસ પર રદ થયેલ રૂમ અન્ય કોઈને આપવા મુશ્કેલ છે. -
2. No Rescheduling
૨. તારીખ બદલવાની (Rescheduling) મંજૂરી નથી
Bookings cannot be rescheduled or deferred to alternate dates. The booking is valid strictly for the arrival and departure dates originally confirmed.બુકિંગની તારીખો બદલવાની અથવા તેને અન્ય વૈકલ્પિક તારીખો પર મુલતવી રાખવાની મંજૂરી નથી. બુકિંગ માત્ર મૂળ પુષ્ટિ થયેલ ચેક-ઇન અને ચેક-આઉટ તારીખો માટે જ માન્ય રહેશે. -
3. No-Shows
૩. ગેરહાજરી (No-Shows)
Guests who do not arrive on their booked arrival date, without prior notice, will be treated as a no-show. No refund, credit, or rescheduling is issued for no-shows.પૂર્વ માહિતી આપ્યા વિના બુક કરેલી તારીખે મહેમાન હાજર ન થાય તો તેને 'નો-શો' (ગેરહાજરી) ગણવામાં આવશે. નો-શો માટે કોઈ રિફંડ, ક્રેડિટ અથવા તારીખ બદલવાની સુવિધા આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. -
4. Early Departure
૪. વહેલા ચેક-આઉટ (Early Departure)
No refund or partial refund is provided for guests who choose to check out earlier than their originally booked departure date.બુક કરેલ રોકાણની તારીખ કરતા વહેલા ચેક-આઉટ કરવા ઈચ્છતા મહેમાનોને કોઈ રિફંડ અથવા આંશિક રિફંડ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહીં. -
5. Group Bookings
૫. ગ્રુપ બુકિંગ (Group Bookings)
Whole-house and group bookings follow the same no-refund and no-rescheduling policy above, applied to the full group booking value.સમગ્ર આવાસ (whole-house) અથવા સામૂહિક ગ્રુપ બુકિંગ માટે પણ ઉપર જણાવેલ 'નો-રિફંડ' અને 'નો-રિશેડ્યુલિંગ' નીતિ લાગુ પડશે.
